Engineering Firm With Offices in Multiple States is Seeking (In-House) Mechanical/Plumbing/Electrical Designer/Engineer:
32+ hours/week (flexible schedule): Monday- Friday
Compensation: DOE with Benefits
Seeking experienced HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical Designer or Engineer for both Residential and Commercial projects.
Candidates will have a MINIMUM of 3 years AUTOCAD experience and capable of passing a CAD test.
Responsibilities:
Prepare HVAC and Plumbing engineering drawings using AutoCAD. Prepare plans, isometrics, details, and schedules. Coordinate equipment and ductwork/piping with all related disciplines.
HVAC Design: Load Calculations, Residential and Commercial Design, HVAC sizing, and etc.
Plumbing Design: Waste, Water, Vent, and Gas per code requirements, and etc.
Electrical Design: Load Calculations, Electrical Lighting, Power Layout, etc.
On-site inspections of existing conditions for coordination of new construction and code compliance possibly required.
Perform other duties as required. Dependable transportation is a must.
Candidates will have a positive attitude, be detail oriented in nature, organized, have the ability to accurately perform assigned tasks, and possess a strong ability to work effectively with limited, direct supervision.
