Joseph Park, PE, CEM, is our residential engineer with over 12 years of experience in single family and custom homes. His certifications include Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Green Building Engineer, and QA for HERS Raters. Our clients include a number of National and Regional Builders like Ashton Woods, Maracay, Meritage, Dr Horton, Pulte, Lennar, Shea, and Richmond American as well as a multitude of custom homes over 15,000 sf.

Michael Brame, is our east coast regional director and has over 32 years of experience in Mechanical design for both commercial and residential. Michael is also an EIT, a certified plumbing designer, and is a governor for the Pennsylvania chapter of ASHRAE. Michael has enjoyed working on code development and the establishment of utility rebate programs in several states.
